Blake Class Of 1967 Meeting
The Howard W. Blake High School Class of 1967 will meet Jan- uary 4, 2020, 1:30 P. M. (new time), at the West Tampa Library, 2312 W. Union Street, Tampa 33607.
IMPORTANT: DVDs of the 70th Birthday Gala will be distrib- uted. DVDs can not be mailed to local classmates nor can we guar- antee pick-up availability after the meeting, so it is very important to attend the meeting. Everyone who paid for the Gala will receive a DVD, whether you attended or not.

     Supervisor Of Elections Reminds Students Contest Deadline Nears
Craig Latimer, Hillsbor- ough County Supervisor of Elec- tions issued a challenge to high school art students. Latimer is reminding students that the deadline to submit an entry into the contest is January 10, 2020.
Officials will select the three best designs that will be featured on hundreds of thousands of Caspers McDonald’s bag stuffers, and on posters that will be distributed to local libraries, schools and other locations throughout the community.
The first-place winner will win $100. The winner’s class- room will also receive a $100 prize and a free lunch de- livered to the class (compliments of Caspers Company McDon- ald’s).
Winners of the art contest and a voter registration contest will be recognized at a School Board meeting in February.
The art should inspire people in our community to vote. It

must be nonpar- tisan and may not promote any party, candidate or issue. Hand- drawn and elec- tronic art is accepted, as long as all images are original. The Art must be 8” x 8”
