Cecil was the owner of Goodman Masonry & Concrete, Inc., for many years. The city of Tampa, FL is filled with his work. If you look around and see masonry & concrete work, more than likely Cecil may have had a hand in it. He loved his craft with a passion. If anyone has ever worked with Cecil, they can in- deed tell you the stories about “con- crete day.” He always took pride in the completion of every job, knowing that when he walked away, the job was done right.
Cecil loved his family and he loved the Lord. He was a generous soul who would practically give the shirt off his back to anyone in need and provided opportunities to those seeking a chance to do right.
On Saturday, July 11, 2020, God in his infinite wisdom summoned an angel to bring Cecil to eternal peace with Him.
