  Jackson Heights Neighborhood Association And Crime Watch
 September Meeting Is Tuesday
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Appoints Paula Kay As State Director For Florida And The Bahamas
 The Jackson Heights Neighborhood Association and Crime Watch will meet on Tuesday, Sept. 18th, at 6:30 P. M. The meeting will be held at the Jackson Heights NFL YET Center, 3310 E. Lake Avenue.
FDOT is currently work- ing with the Federal Highway Administration to conduct a Supplemental Environmen- tal Impact Statement (SEIS) under the National Environ- mental Policy Act (NEPA) to determine improvements to our interstate system.
The community is in- vited to come listen to the SEIS Tampa Inter- state Study Presentation and participate in the conversation.
The guest speaker is San- dra Guerrero, Project Planner/Public Involvement,
American Consulting Profes- sionals, LLC.

the Jackson Heights Neigh- borhood Association and Crime Watch.
   Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, In- corporated, Nu Upsilon Zeta Chapter, recently announced that Paula Kay is the newly appointed State Director for Florida and the Bahamas.
Ms. Kay became a mem- ber of the Sorority in 1993 through the Nu Upsilon Zeta Chapter, Temple Terrace, where she currently holds membership.
Ms. Kay is the first State Director from Tampa and has served the sorority in many capacities, including, but not limited to, Chapter President for 10 years, State of Florida Treasurer-Secretary and Re- gional Coordinator for Z- HOPE (Zetas Helping Other People Excel) and Under- graduate Coordinator.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Jus- tice, and a Master of Arts De- gree in Criminology. Since 2006, Ms. Kay has worked at United Way Suncoast as a Neighborhood Senior Man- ager.
She is an active member of the Christian Methodist Episcopal (CME) Church, where she worships and is very active at Holsey Temple CME Church, serving as the webmistress for the 5th Epis- copal District, Conference Planner for the Florida Re- gion and has served as a Mis- sionary District President.

In addition, Ms. Kay is a member of the Diversity & In- clusion Committee for Reli- gious Community Services, and a Board Member of First Rung.
Ms. Kay says she is com- mitted and dedicated to serv- ing the Tampa Bay area, and she plans to successfully lead Florida, the largest state within the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, as State Director.
