David Ortiz Allegedly
Meek Mill Lost $200,000 Betting On The Warriors To Win Game 6
MEEK MILL
Meek Mill may have set- tled his Drake beef from 2016, but now it looks like he’ll have to settle some debts with Toronto supporters after bet- ting $200,000 on the Golden State Warriors to win the NBA Finals against the Raptors.
Back in May, he challenged “rich guys from Toronto” to put up some money, confirm- ing during a June Q&A that he’d “bet a big bag on the war- riors.” Unfortunately, that turned out to be a bad invest- ment as injuries riddled the Bay Area squad’s stars, allow- ing Kawhi Leonard, Kyle Lowry, and (lol) Jeremy Lin to take down the “super team” in game six in Oakland.

The shooting of baseball legend David Ortiz shocked fans and former teammates of the Red Sox slugger. Ortiz was shot at the Dial Bar and Lounge in Santo Domingo, in the Dominican Republic on Sunday, June 9, 2019. Now more details are emerging re- garding the motivation be- hind the attack as police have a suspect in custody.
Lieutenant Pimentel of the National Police in Santo Domingo is quoted by the Daily Mail as stating, “So far, the case is under investiga- tion. Social media networks are speculating many things. We cannot give you more de- tails.” Police in the Dominican Republic first called the shooting a botched robbery attempt. However, new infor- mation claims that the shooter is a former police offi- cer allegedly turned hitman who were cops named Eddy Feliz Garcia and 5 others. They were paid $8,000

Mail is also reporting that un- named police sources claim that Ortiz angered a local drug lord. That anger stems from an alleged affair between Ortiz and the drug lord’s wife.
Representatives for Ortiz have denied the rumors of an affair and contend that the shooting, which severely in- jured him, was an attempted robbery. Garcia was cap- tured at the scene of the shooting and nearly beaten unconscious by friends and fans.
Kawhi Leonard finally seemed to let loose after the Toronto Raptors defeated the Golden State Warriors to win their first championship in franchise history on Thursday night, and that means we may even catch some glimpses of his famous laugh.
Not long after the Raptors won Game 6, Leonard and Kyle Lowry sat down for an interview with ESPN’s Rachel Nichols. They were naturally in a good mood, and Kawhi’s uber-popular laugh made an appearance.
It happened again when Leonard joked that Lowry probably doesn’t want him back in Toronto next season.
As most of you know, Leonard’s robotic laugh be- came one of the best memes in internet history when he cracked a joke during his in- troductory press conference with the Raptors. Klay

Thompson appeared to im- personate the chuckle during the Finals, and he certainly isn’t the only one who has done that.
