WASHINGTON
MR. ANTONIO DAVIS
Antonio Davis was born in Plant City, Florida on September 3, 1969 to the late Carl Keys and the late Shirley Davis. He at- tended Plant City High School and was a dedicated and hard worker for Freight Handlers, Inc., for 18 years.
Antonio enjoyed coaching and watching football as well as spending time with family. His presence and contributions to the lives of those who knew him will be missed dearly.
He was preceded in death by: an infant daughter, DeAshleigh and a brother, Aaron Holloman.
He is survived by: his wife of 28 years, Nikesha (Nikki); 4 sons, Michael (Melissa), Do- minique (Daaiyah), A’Veon, Jae- dyn; and daughter, Trinitee; 2 brothers, Carl Keys, Jr., and Trevor Holloman; 2 sisters, Carl- lis Gordon (Sydney) and Treshonda Holloman. He leaves behind: his nurturing aunts, Ella Rose Davis and Julia Watkins; special cousin, Tonya Walker; and a host of caring co-workers and extended family.
Funeral services to be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at 11 a. m., at Faith Temple Prim- itive Baptist Church, 808 W. Washington St., Plant City, FL 33563. Viewing will be at 10 a. m. (Masks are required according to CDC Guidelines). Cremation to follow funeral services.

MR. LEROY WILLIAMS, JR.
Mr. Leroy Williams, Jr., of Tampa, passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021. Memorial services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, 10 a. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606. His final rest- ing place will be at Florida Na- tional Cemetery, 6502 S.W. 102nd Avenue, in Bushnell following the service.
He was educated in the Hills- borough County Public Schools System, and he honorably served in the United States Army. Mr. Williams, Jr. retired from the State of Florida, Hills- borough Detention Center as a Budget Cost Manager.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Leroy Williams, Sr. and Margie (Hepburn) Williams; and, sister, Ruth Williams of Maryland.
He leaves to cherish his memory: wife, Virginia Williams; brother, Bobby Williams of North Carolina; sis- ter, Josephine Triplett; sons, Dr. Lee Williams, III, Victor Williams and wife, Melanie, and Vincent Williams and wife, Shegetta; daughter, Virginia Fowler; grandchildren, LeKeshia, Leroy Williams, IV, Leshai and Dwayne Sanders, Victoria, Marcus, Raquel, Chris- tian, V’Onte, V’Aire, Noah, Sean, Warrant Officer Britney, Vanessa and Asia; great grand- children, Jayden, Aubreii, Levi, Asir and Liam.

MR. RONALD PHILON, SR.
Mr. Ronald Philon, Sr. of Tampa, passed away on Friday, De- cember 10, 2021. The Celebration of Life Services will be held on Sat- urday, December 18, 2021, 2:00 p.m. at Brown Memorial C.O.G.I.C., 2313 E. 27th Avenue, Tampa, FL 33605, with Bishop A.W. Gilyard, officiating. (MASKS RECOMMENDED). There will be no public viewing at the service. Interment will follow at Orange Hill Cemetery, 4900 E. Chelsea Street, Tampa, FL.
Mr. Philon was native of Silas, Alabama, and a resident of Tampa for 51 years. He attended Thomas Jefferson High School, and he was employed as an Operator at Tampa Bay Steel, Inc.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: wife, Annie Philon; children, Sherrelle (Luckner), and RJ; brothers, Joe Philon (Evelyn), Grady, Jr. (Geraldine), Michael (Carolyn), Eddie (Carmen), and Darrell (Maria); sisters Lizzie Mc- Grew (Wadie), Cheryl Davis (James, Sr.), Deborah James (Willie), Joyce Harris (Nathaniel), and Pamela Williams (Derrick, Sr.); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

MR. JESSE J. WHITE
Mr. Jesse J. White, of Wesley Chapel, FL, passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021. Funeral Serv- ices will be conducted on Friday, December 17, 2021, 1 p. m. at The Center for Manifestation, 3102 E. Lake Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610.
Mr. White was a native of Tampa and a resident of Tampa for 47 years. He attended school in the Hillsborough County Public Schools System, and he was em- ployed as a roofer at Suncoast Roofing.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Doyle and mother, Gladys; sisters, Betty Clayton, Mertdell McKeney, Miriam Holmes; and brother, Frankie Doyle.
He leaves to cherish loving memories: son, Jessiah and mother, Holly Bowers; daughter, Ebony Whitaker; sisters, Linda McCardy, Lillian Thomas, and Claretha Nickelson; niece, Kathyrine Livingston; nephews, Reginald Lindsey, Edgar Clark, and Joseph McCardy; great niece, Erica Johnson; a host of great nieces, great nephews, family members, girlfriend, Mimi, spe- cial friend, Montray Shaw, West Tampa family and friends.

Mr. Russell Mitchell, Jr. was a native of Florida and a resident of Tampa for 57 years. He was edu- cated in the Hillsborough County Public School System. He was a member of Citylife Church, where he worshipped as a faithful believer of God.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Rose Marie Spires- Smith and Russell Mitchell, Sr.; sib- lings, Johnny Murray, Jr., Cecile Davis and Bridgette Norris-Riley; aunts, Pinky Billingsley, Cornette Thomas, Crystal Troupe, Annette Spires, and Jeanette Spires; uncles, Edgar Spires and Mayfield Spires; and cousin, Reginald Brown.
