RAY WILLIAMS
MASTER SERGEANT ALVIN BAILEY
Master Sergeant Alvin Bai- ley passed away Thursday, Sep- tember 12, 2019. The Service will be held Friday, September 20, at 11 A. M. at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, 2002 N. Rome Ave., with Rev- erend Dr. C. T. Kirkland, Pastor. Interment will follow in the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.
Mr. Alvin Bailey was a native of Leesville, Louisiana, raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and made Tampa his home when he was stationed at MacDill Air Force Base. He was the son of the late Mr. Calvin and Mrs. Lu- cille Jackson Bailey, Sr.
He is military retired from U. S. Air Force and from MacDill Air Force Base Golf Course. He was a devoted mem- ber of Mt. Pleasant M. B. Church. He served with several ministries; however, he enjoyed and faithfully worked with THE MERCY KITCHEN.
He was preceded in death by his parents and in-laws, the late Mr. Howard and Leora Hep- burn.

The remains will repose from 5 to 7 P. M., Thursday, September 19th at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.

MS. TERYAL R. DENNARD
A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Ms. Teryal R. Den- nard of Tampa, FL, who passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2019. Funeral services will be con- ducted on September 21, 2019, at 11 a. m. at St. John Progressive M. B. Church, 2504 E. Chipco Street; Rev. Dr. Bartholomew Banks, Sr., offici- ating. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Dennard was preceded in death by: her mother, Barbara Jean Dennard Duncan; sister, Deb- orah D. Dennard; uncle, Melvin Dennard, Sr.; and aunts, Wanda Dennard Gardner, Audrey Den- nard Parker, and Lanara M. Den- nard.
Ms. Dennard was a native of Tampa all her life. She attended Howard W. Blake High School and was a graduate of the class of 1966. She also attended Hillsborough Community College. She was an employee of Hillsborough County for over 30 years and retired in 2000 as a MIS Coordinator with the Department of Management In- formation Systems.
Ms. Dennard was an active member of her church, St. John Progressive M. B. Church, under the leadership of the Rev. Dr.
Bartholomew Banks, Sr. She was also very active with the State Con- vention serving as the assistant fi- nancial secretary and personal assistant to President Banks. She was a part of the finance team for Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist As- sociation, Dr. W. J. Haynes is the Moderator. She was also a mem- ber of the Charmettes.
She leaves to cherish her fond memories: daughter, Rhonesia LaVette Dennard; sister, Pamela Dennard Stone (Melvin), Tallahas- see, FL; 2 nieces, Melva M. Stone, Tampa, and Kyrstin M. Stone, West Hollywood, CA; 2 great-nieces, Rekayla “Alana” Nelson, and DeKoda Hicks; 2 great-nephews Lekai “Chris” Koonce, and Derick Hicks, Jr.; 3 aunts, Shirley Den- nard Watson, of Mt. Sterling, KY, Gloria Dennard Collins of Los An- geles, CA and Brenda Dennard Thompson, of Riverview, FL; an uncle, Sheldon D. “Cornbread” Dennard, Brandon, FL; cousins that were raised and loved by her as an Aunt and grandchildren, Dori Bradford and Javaro and Dorian Johnson; special cousins, Cheryl Dennard-Mayo, Angela Gilmore and Eunive Massey; special brother and sister, Adrian Wright and LaVonne Malphus; special care team, Betty Gallmon, Sheila Mays, Carolyn Russ, Betty Forde, Sheryl Faye O’Neal and Marvin Knight. The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, September 21, 2019, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue and the family will receive friends from 6 to7p.m.

MRS. MARY NELL WYNN
A Homegoing Celebration of Life for Mrs. Mary Wynn, who passed on September 15, 2019, will be held on Saturday, 21, 2019, at 10 a.m., at the Center Of Manifestation, 3102 E. Lake Avenue.
There will be a viewing on Fri- day, September 20, 2019, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., at Stone’s Memo- rial Funeral Parlor, 5016 N. 22nd Street, Tampa, FL 33610, with Apos- tle Mark Jones, Sr., Eulogist. Inter- ment will follow in Orange Hill Cemetery, 4900 E. Chelsea Street.
Mary was preceded in death by: her husband, Palmer V. Wynn; par- ents, David, Sr., and Bessie Haley; 3 brothers, Carlton Haley, James Haley, and J. D. Haley; and one sis- ter, Nora Ann Stephenson.
She leaves to cherish her memo- ries: children, Linda D. Haley, James R. Haley, Sr., (Juliet), Cyn- thia Donnell (Daryl), Ron Myrick, Judy Morris (Earlier), Sandra Mon- roe, and Vonsohna Florestal; five siblings, Bishop Frank (Dr. Reba) Haley, of Tampa, Pearline Render, GA, Rogers (Barbara) Haley, Nelson (Erma) Haley, GA, and Robert Lee (Gloria) Haley, GA; five grandchil- dren, James R. Haley, Jr., Jordan David Haley, Terria (Curtis) Cumm- berbatch, Ervin (Temka) Morris, and Emani Herring; great grand- children, Kaidan Haley, Ty’Yonna Morris, Cameron Cummberbatch, Camaya Cummberbatch, and Ta- tiana Smith.
She also leaves to cherish mem- ories of her with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
For many years, she worked at Burdines Department warehouse until she retired. In 2002, she opened her own business, Mary’s FCCH, a Family Childcare Business, for 19 years in her home.
She accepted Christ as her per- sonal Savior at an early age and be- came a member of Pentecostal Holiness Church, where her brother, Frank Haley, Bishop of Hope Alive Christian Center, in Riverview, presides.
In 2003, she joined the Center Of Manifestation and was a member until her passing.
The remains will repose from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, September 20, 2019, at Stone’s Memorial Chapel, (813) 237-1134,
