MS. CYNTHIA SCOTT-BUTLER
A Visitation for Ms. Cyn- thia Scott-Butler of Riverview, FL, who passed away on Tues- day, November 2, 2021, will be held on Monday, November 15, 2021, 12 noon-1 P. M. at Love First Christian Center, 12847 Balm Riverview Road, Riverview, Florida.
Cynthia, she preferred to be called Alex, was born on July 19, 2005 in Safety Harbor, Florida in Pinellas County. She attended the public schools in Pinellas and Hills- borough Counties and upon her demise was enrolled in Florida Virtual School. She loved to participate in school activities. She played the Viola and Violin and was a member of the volleyball team at Stew- art Middle School and was a member of the band at Spoto High School. She also played volleyball at I-9 Sports Center in Riverview FL. Her future plans were to attend Hillsbor- ough Community College and subsequently, to attend Florida A & M University.
She was preceded in death by: her birth father, Alfred Timmons, adopted parents, Mary Macon Scott and James Butler, Sr.; grandfather, Willie McAfee; uncles, Azell Macon and James Macon.

MR. JAMES LEON JACKSON, AKA, ‘SWEET BO’
Mr. James Leon Jackson (aka “Sweet Bo”) of Tampa, FL passed away on Monday, Octo- ber 25, 2021. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, No- vember 13, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL, 33606, with Pastor Coller Williams, officiating. (MASK RECOMMENDED).
Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. James L. Jackson was born in Macon, GA, and moved to Tampa in his early teens. He attended Howard W. Blake High School and graduated from the Job Corps. He was employed as a Laborer in Hillsborough
County.
Mr. James Leon Jackson was
preceded in death by: his par- ents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew (Mat- tie) Jackson; three brothers, Andrew, IV, Bobby, and Clarence Jackson; two sisters, Delores Marsh and Betty Jack- son; nephews, Desmond and Arcelious Marsh.
He leaves to cherish his memory: three loving daugh- ters, Kogee Jackson, Dreminda Nance (Joseph, Jr.), and Lashawn Yates; one loving son, Jermaine Jackson (Beth); 14 grandchildren, Jakovee, Marvin, Q. MR. RIFORT ‘RIPJUN’ PAYOUTE, JR.
Mr. Rifort “RipJun” Payoute, Jr., of Tampa, FL passed away on Monday, November 1, 2021. RipJun was a native of Miami, FL and a resident of Tampa for 20 plus years. He had an extreme passion for creating music in which he shared the message of Family First and the importance of each one playing their part.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his best friend and lov- ing wife, Cassia Payoute; two beautiful baby boys, Graceson and Trustin Payoute; mom, Yvette Joseph; dad, Rifort Pay- oute, Sr.; siblings, Jocelyne, Er- mite, Milexy, Jeffrey and Cindy; close relatives, uncle, Fanel; aun- tie, Shemida and a host of other family and friends.

MR. GARY ‘BUBBA’ WASHINGTON
Mr. Gary “Bubba” Washing- ton, of Tampa, FL was called home on Saturday, October 30, 2021. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021, 2:00 p.m. at College Hill Church of God in Christ, 6414 N. 30th Street, Tampa, FL 33610 with Reverend Joseph A. Sykes, officiating. (MASK RECOM- MENDED).
Interment to follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
“Bubba” was a native of Tampa, born on October 11, 1998. He was a “2017” graduate of Wharton High School with some level of college experience.
Bubba later decided to be- come a truck driver and pursued his CDL. Although he drove for various trucking companies, he finally landed a permanent posi- tion with Wawa before he was called home.
He was preceded in death by: his great grandmother, Sister Knight; uncle, Forrest Cooper and cousin, Lance James, Jr.

Mr. Kevin A. Williams of Tampa, Florida, passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021. Fu- neral Services will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021, 1:00 p.m. at The Center for Manifestation, 3102 E. Lake Av- enue, Tampa, FL 33610 with Reverend Dr. James L. Gallon, Pastor of the Christian Praise and Worship Center, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery. Mr. Kevin Williams was a native of Tampa, FL and a resi- dent of Tampa for 48 years. He attended the public schools of Hillsborough County. He was self-employed as an entrepre- neur and founder of “Off Da Bone” Catering Company. Kevin was affiliated with the “Be Free Motorcycle Group.”
He leaves to cherish his memory: four children, one daughter, Kevianna; three sons, Kevin, Jr., Calvin and Aydden, all of Tampa; two grandchil- dren, Jah’nai and Calvin, Jr., all of Tampa; one brother, Joseph (Joey) Nix; three nieces, Lamaya, Jaida, and Chanel, all of Tampa; great nephew, Elijah; one aunt, Marcia Hall and hus- band, Pastor Bruce Hall; one uncle, Alvin Berkhall, Sr., and wife, Erica Berkhall, all of Tampa; fourteen cousins, Joshua, Alvin, Jr., Demario, Britt, Eric, Carl, Zachariah, Yo- dney, Alcia, Alveeta, Alvina, Amondrea, Dejanae and Cather- ine, all of Tampa; longtime friends, Gene and Mike and a host of other sorrowing rela- tives and devoted friends.
