WAL-MART HIRES 27 MIDDLETON HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
As the new Walmart in East Tampa (E. Hillsborough Ave.) prepares for its Grand Opening on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, 27 students at Middleton High School have been given the opportunity for employment. A Walmart official visited the school with a job fair and after interviews, offered the students jobs on the spot. The students will be making from $9-$10 an hour. Middleton is the first school in the area where a group of students have been hired. Middleton students will also participate in the opening day activities.
