AIKENS
MR. DONTA’ JEROME MOORE
A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Donta’ Jerome Moore, nick- names “Smooth,” “Ace,” or “Don- nie,” who passed away on Sunday, May 09, 2021, will be held on Sat- urday, May 22nd at 10 a. m. at Gar- den of Memories, 4207 E. Lake Ave, Tampa, FL, Elder Theodore “Ted” Welcome, officiating. The interment will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Mr. Donta’ Moore was born June 25, 1985 in Tampa, Florida, to his parents, David Milligan, Jr., and Jackie Moore. He was born and raised in Tampa, FL, he grad- uated from Blake High School in 2003. He then went on to attend the University of Connecticut from 2003-2007. He played pro- fessional football within the Arena Football League from 2007-2016. His current profes- sion was with Aderhold Roofing Company.
Donta’ Moore, enjoyed the simple pleasures of life to include spending time with his family and loved ones. He enjoyed watching and playing basketball and foot- ball. He also loved giving back to the community by coaching bas-
ketball and football.
He was preceded in death by:
his grandfathers, Albert Moore and David R. Milligan, Sr., and grandmother, Jeanette Moore.
He leaves behind to cherish his precious memories: the love of his life, Vanessa Harris; chil- dren, son, Ace Jair Moore; bonus daughter, N’Seya Barton and bonus son, Vijay Golson; grand- parents, Yvonne L. Davis, and bonus grandparents, John and Carrie Washington; parents, Jackie Moore and David Milligan, Jr.; brothers, David Milligan, III, Alex Milligan, Jason Anderson; sisters, Shawnte Washington and Doneisha Milligan; aunts, Sharon Jones (husband, Darrell Jones), Sandra Moore, Sheila Moore, LaShawn Moore (Ger- akios), Darrell Jones, Yvette Mil- ligan, Sandra Milligan, and Sonya Milligan; uncles, Darrick Moore (wife, Robin Moore) and Victor Millian; nephew, Ja’Quan Washington.
He also leaves behind cousins, Ashley Barrett, Sha- randa and Ahmad Hines, Roland (Devin) Diggs, IV, Tarian Wright, Sharonise Grace, SaaDia and Kerry White, Roderick and Sache’ Grace, Tiffany Taggett, and Jalen White; special friends, Tim Brister, Trevon Young, Yohance Smith, Ron Robinson, Roland Wilson, CJ Grant, Garfield Lipton, Antonio Best, Clinton Solomon, Roy Polite, Brian and Kati Aderhold, Rafael and Amber Goodwin, Wayne Gonzalez, and Darryl Thomas. Also, a host of beloved aunts, un- cles, cousins, coaches, team- mates, and friends.
Visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, May21,2021from4to8p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the Gravesite on Satur- day for the service. We are fol- lowing the CDC guidelines.

MS. CELEANESE (“MS. TOOT”) VICKERS
A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Celeanese “Ms. Toot” Vickers of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on May 13, 2021, will be held on Sat- urday, May 22nd, 4 p.,m. at St. John Cathedral, 3401 E. 25th Avenue, Elder Dwight Newkirk, pastor, Pas- tor Rochester Jacobs, Sr., officiat- ing. The interment will be held in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Celeanese “Ms. Toot” Vickers was born May 16, 1967 in Tampa, Florida to Hollis Vickers, Sr. and Pearlie Doyle. She attended Hills- borough High School and graduated c/o 1985 where she played basket- ball, softball and volleyball. Toot re- tired from Children’s Health Center as the Office Manager/Billing Clerk.
Our dear loved one, “Toot” has impacted a lot of lives among her many family, friends and associates. Her passing will leave a huge void in the lives all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Hollis Vickers, Sr.; grandparents, Clyde and Gladys Minor, Melvin and Rebecca Vickers; brothers, Scott Vickers and Hollis Vickers, Jr.

MRS. TORETHA E. ANTHONY
Celebration of Love Services for Mrs. Toretha E. Anthony, who passed away with her family by her side on May 6, 2021. Viewing will be held on May 20, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Friendship M. B. Toretha E. Anthony was born January 12, 1933, in Sneads, Florida, to parents Tom and Peco- laur Koonce. She was educated in the public schools of Jackson County.
Toretha was preceded in death by: her husband, Mr. Louis C An- thony, Her Father and Mother Tom and Pecolaur Koonce.
Her siblings: Mary Sherman, Henry Koonce, Paul Koonce, Alice Koonce, Collier Koonce, Irena Koonce.
Toretha leaves to cherish her memories the following family members.
Children: Diane Manghram (Ernie), Cheryl Davis, Cassandra Anthony, LaShon Lofgren. Grand- children: Rochelle Phillips (Keith), Douglas Anthony Davis, Calvin Pulphus, Alondrae Lofgren, La- Tora Heath (Jordan), Aisha Mack. Great-Grandchildren: Indigo Phillips, Yuri Phillips, Jah Phillips, Bryce Davis, McKinley Davis, Lyla Simmon, Zola Heath, Ezekiel Heath. Sibling- Ida Mae Smith, Josephine Heatrice, Rebecca- Miller, Tom Koonce (Emma), Oree Bruton and host of nieces, nephews, cousin, and friends.
MS. THELMA JEANETTE DAVIS
Ms. Thelma Jeanette Davis was born on August 14, 1921 in Dunnellon, Florida to Benjamin and Emma McKnight. She was called to rest in the arms of her beloved Savior on Saturday, May 15, 2021.
Thelma was the youngest of her siblings, however she lived to be the Matriarch of the McKnight descendants.
Thelma was raised and edu- cated in Dunnellon. She moved to Tampa, Florida where she resided for most of her life. She was a member of New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church for many years.
Thelma was a devout family woman who devoted her life to her family and friends. She loved the Lord and covered all of her family and friends in prayer for most of her life.
Thelma was a mother of one son, Willie Davis, III, who pre- deceased her in July of 2019.
She leaves to cherish her memory: a daughter-in-law, Eva Davis, four grandsons, Kevin (Rachael) Blount, Willie (Kim- berely) Davis, IV, Chaz Davis and Stephen Davis; eight great- grandchildren and one great- great grandchild. She was blessed with a host of great nephews and nieces, who cher- ish her memory as well. May she rest in eternal peace in the pres- ence of the Lord.
The visitation will be held Monday, May 24, from 12:30 to 1:45 p. m., at Blount and Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories, 4207 E. Lake Ave., Tampa, FL 33610.
