Kim Kardashian Buys Janet Jackson's 'If' Music Video Outfit For $25K At Auction
KIM KARDASHIAN AND JANET JACKSON
Kim Kardashian is one of the lucky few who've snagged some Janet-worn gear -- and it looks like it cost her a pretty penny, too. Kim revealed Sunday that she'd been selected as the winner for the outfit Janet wore in her music video for "If" ... which features a black crop top and matching pants. It's a pretty iconic look, and Kim couldn't have been more excited.
She wrote, "For @janet- jackson's bday bc I'm such a fan I can't believe I won this outfit on @juliens_auctions." Janet responded, "I hope 'IF' gives you as much pleasure as it did me." The two-piece wardrobe set went for $25k.

Last month, Cordae dropped a 4-track EP titled Just Until..., after taking a short hiatus from music.
Paramount+ Announces 'The Game' Reboot
Mall Sentenced For
Running Prostitution
Time to turn The Game on – and we don’t mean Sunday football. Paramount+ has given a ten-episode series order for the reboot of The CW and BET’s series The Game.
The series originally cre- ated by Mara Brock Akil, creator of BET’s Being Mary Jane and UPN’s Girlfriends, will be reimagined with origi- nal cast members Wendy Raquel Robinson and Hosea Chanchez returning to their roles as Tasha Mack and Malik Wright.
According to Deadline, Brock Akil will return as ex- ecutive producer alongside Black Lightning’s Salim Akil, original executive pro- ducer Kelsey Grammer and Tom Russo of Gramm- net NH Productions. The
Mally Mall, the rapper and music producer who made frequent appearances on the first season of Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood, was sentenced on Thursday to 33 months in prison for operat- ing a prostitution business over the span of 12 years, ac- cording to federal prosecu- tors.
Between April 2002 and September 2014, the 45- year-old (born Jamal Rashid) "operated a high- end prostitution business that transported victims across the United States," using paid websites "to ad- vertise the victims for prosti- tution purposes," the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Nevada said in a statement.
According to prosecutors, Rashid "exploited hundreds of victims" through manipu- lation, "imposing rules and threatening them so that they would prostitute for

him."
The victims were either
considered "independent contractors," who paid Rashid a portion of what they earned through prosti- tution, or "priority girls," who turned over nearly all of their earnings, the attorney's office said.
Prosecutors also said that Rashid "encouraged victims to get tattoos of him to demonstrate their loyalty, and led many of them to be- lieve he would advance their careers in show business."

Game reboot, which will be a half-hour program, will also have American Soul’s Devon Greggory as showrunner and writer.
As opposed to the original San Diego location, the show will now take place in Las Vegas and tackle Black culture through the lens of pro-foot- ball.

Detroit Rap Group Busted On $5.5 Million IRS Scam
SAMEERAH “CREME” MARREL AND NOELLE “NIKKI BROWN” BROWN
Scam rap has been a bur- geoning sub-genre of Hip Hop in recent years, but it only works until someone gets caught.
Two Detroit rappers, who performed together under the alias Deuces Wild, were busted by the Internal Rev- enue Service on a complex $5.5 million fraud scheme.
Sameerah “Creme” Marrel and Noelle “Nikki Brown” Brown were charged with aggravated iden-
tity theft, false claims and conspiracy.
They used loopholes, cre- ated businesses, filed 122 re- turns and opened at least 29 bank accounts to claim with- holdings and refunds of more than $13.6 million from 2013 to 2018.
Marrel appeared before a federal court last week while Brown reportedly isn’t in custody yet. If convicted, the duo will face 10 years each be- hind bars.
