MS. JOYCE ‘ELAINE’ CAMPBELL
Ms. Joyce “Elaine” Camp- bell, of Thonotosassa, FL, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 14, 2021. Fu- neral Services will be conducted on Saturday, October 30, 2021, 2:00 p.m. at Riverhills Church of God, 6310 E Sligh Avenue, Tampa, FL, 33617, with Pastor Ryan Sharpe, officiating.
MASK RECOMMENDED. Inter- ment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Joyce Campbell was born Monday, August 29, 1960, to Rosie Mae Hills and Christo- pher Columbus Shaw, Sr.
She was a resident of Tampa for 50 years and worked for the Hillsborough County Govern- ment as an Associate for 27 years at various parks and recreation facilities. Her fa- vorite quote was, “Everything Happens in God’s Will.”
Ms. Campbell attended King High School.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Rosie Mae Hills; father, Christopher Columbus Shaw, Sr.; sister, Alesia Williams; and brother, Colum- bus Shaw, Jr.
She leaves to cherish her memory: two daughters, Qiana Jackson and Nikki Pease; son, Joseph Campbell; three grand- children, Vinyana Mcelroy, Jas- mine Mcelroy and Iziah Campbell; two great grandchil- dren, Jania Davis and Valencia Ball; two sisters, Barbara Shaw- Stillings and Annette Baldwin; two brothers, Kenneth Sconious and Calvin Reid; son-in-law, Carlton Pease; daughter-in-law, Ashley Campbell; brother-in- law, Howard Stillings; eleven nieces and nephews; eighteen great nieces and nephews; very close dear friend, Mary Bald- win; and all her close friends, colleagues, church family and close cousin, Leon Stewart.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, Octo- ber 29, 2021, at Riverhills Church of God, 6310 E. Sligh Avenue, Tampa, FL 33617. (MASK RECOM- MENDED)

MS. MIGDALIA BOLTA KELLER
MR. JOSEPH B. ROBINSON, SR.
Mr. Joseph B. Robinson, Sr., of Tampa, Florida, passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021. Fu- neral Services will be conducted on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606 with Reverend Dolores Washington, officiating. MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED.
Mr. Joseph B. Robinson, Sr., was a native of New York, NY and a resident of Tampa for 24 years. During this period of resi- dency, he was THE CHAMPION of Sulphur Springs. As President of the Sulphur Springs Neigh- borhood Association, he was a staunch advocator for the Sul- phur Springs community.
He was instrumental in the building of the new Spring Hill Recreation Center and concur- rently, there is a new library built and named after him, “Norma & Joseph Robinson Partnership Library – Sulphur Springs” located in the same community.
He was also a devoted repre- sentative for the Sulphur Spring Weed & Seed Program. This ini- tiative supported the creation of programs to introduce positive change within the community while addressing the crime and drugs many individuals faced.
Additionally, he was instru- mental with the creation of the “Water Safety is Key” CD pro- duced on behalf of the Children’s Board Hillsborough County. This information was informa- tive to address the high preva- lence of youth drownings. The CDs were provided to pool sup- pliers to be distributed through- out the Tampa Bay region.
His many accomplishments include the following roles in
Tampa: President of the Sul- phur Springs Neighborhood As- sociation, President of the Sulphur Springs Museum & Heritage Center, The “Norma & Joseph Robinson Partnership Library- Sulphur Springs,” THAN (Tampa Homeowners As- sociation of Neighborhoods) Representative, Chair, City of Tampa Enterprise Board, Com- missioner for Boy Scouts of American - Gulf Ridge Council, Advocated for the new Spring Hill Community Center – Sul- phur Springs, Sulphur Springs Weed & Seed Steering Commit- tee Representative and Honored – Tampa Bay Lightning Hero.
Prior to retirement from the Manhattan & Bronx Surface Transit Authority (NYC Transit), where he was employed as a Schedules Manager for 22 years, he attended Baruch College - New York City, was an avid bowler and member of the Boll Weevils Bowling Club, member of the NAACP, 33rd degree Mas- ter Mason “Worshipful Master” of the Prince Albert Masonic Lodge 133, and avid player of steel drums.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Norma of 62 years; son, Joseph, Jr., (Atlanta, GA); daughter-in-law, Sherrita Robinson (Bronx, NY); grand- son, Dwayne (Bronx, NY); granddaughters, Eboni Robin- son (Bronx, NY), Jacqueline Howard (Silver Spring, MD), Ivore Cross (Bronx, NY), Shani- qua Robinson (Bronx, NY), and Diamond Staples (Bronx, NY); grandsons-in-law, Martin Cross (Bronx NY) and Trey Howard (Silver Spring, MD); great- grandchildren, Aiden Roberts (Bronx, NY), Julien Darisme (Silver Spring, MD), Elisabell Narie Curet (Bronx, NY), Jour- ney Raye Cross (Bronx, NY) and Emanuel Abreu (Bronx, NY) and a host of family and friends from the New York Tri-State area to Florida and across various cities in the South.
The remains will repose from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 29, 2021, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL, 33606. MASKS ARE RECOM- MENDED.

MR. MAURICE RESHAD WALTON
Mr. Maurice Reshad Walton, of Coleman, FL passed away on Wednesday, October 20, 2021. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021, 4:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL, 33606, with Jerome Kelly, officiating. MASK REC- OMMENDED. Interment will fol- low in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Mr. Maurice Reshad Walton was an Army brat and a resident of Coleman, FL. He attended Ridgeview High School in Orange Park, FL. Born into the military at the Army hospital, Fort Ben- ning, GA, from loving parents, Retired Army SFC Charlie Wal- ton and Catherine Walton, Mau- rice grew up knowing so much culture and was able to make friends in a heartbeat no matter how many times we moved.
He loved to play basketball and took up golf as an adult. He was a Freemason and served on the City Council Seat #1 for Cole- man, FL and a Department Man- ager at Lowe’s Home Improvement Center, pursuing his goal to one day becoming a Lowe’s Store Manager.
A loving husband and father, Maurice was a true family man who enjoyed spending time teaching them the wonders of the world.
He talked about moving to the mountains some day, but ab- solutely loved the beach. He will be greatly missed by so many whose lives he touched.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: his loving wife, Tracy Wal- ton, of 16 years; two beautiful children, Jaden (16) and Jaela (12); grandparents, aunt, uncle and cousin in Germany; aunts, uncles, cousins, sisters-in-law and mother-in-law in the United States and his many friends and co-workers.

       Ms. Migdalia Bolta Keller, 62, of Tampa, FL passed away on Sunday, October 17, 2021, at Tampa General Hospital, sur- rounded by her daughter, Do- minique N. Keller, son, James E. Keller, Jr., and loved ones by her bedside.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021, 2:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Me- morial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606. MASK RECOMMENDED. Inter- ment will follow in Orange Hill Cemetery.
Ms. Migdalia Bolta Keller was a native of Brooklyn, NY, and a resident of Tampa for 47 years. She graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Tampa, “Class of 1977” and was employed as a Nurse at Tampa General Hospital.
Migdalia, also known as “Negra,” was born in Bayridge Brooklyn, New York on Febru- ary 19, 1959. She was the second child of nine siblings and was raised by her stepfather, Jose Al- berto Cruz and mother, Vivian Negron, along with her father, Jose Arthuro Bolta. The family moved to Tampa, FL in 1974.
Migdalia married James E. Keller, Sr., in 1986 and to this union, Dominique and James, Jr. were born. They were di- vorced in 2000 and Mr. Keller preceded her in death.
Her passion was to always care and serve others as she ded- icated 15 years to Tampa General Hospital and a lifetime to those around her. Migdalia was a phe- nomenal mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
She leaves to cherish her memories: daughter, Do- minique N. Keller; son, James E. Keller, Jr.; five grandchildren, Isabella N. Keller, Givanni T. Durr, Juliana N. Durr, Madde- lena N. Durr and Valentina N. Keller.
