Nick Gordon Found Liable For Bobbi Kristina’s Death
The Pinellas County Sher- iff’s Office responded to a home in Tierra Verde in ref- erence to a near drowning. Upon arrival, they discovered that the victim was a 23- month-old toddler.
According to police, Kaylee Siebenthal was playing near the pool at her home. Her mother, Ms. Pamela Siebenthal, 47, who was supervising the child, looked away for a few seconds.
Deputies said when Ms. Siebenthal turned back
around, she saw the child in the pool and not moving. She jumped into the water and pulled her unconscious daughter to safety.
She then called 9-1-1 and began chest compressions. When paramedics arrived, Kaylee was transported to All Children’s Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. She is expected to make a full recovery.
Police said the incident ap- pears to be accidental. No charges have been filed in the case.
Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s ex- boyfriend, has been found li- able in her death, and now has been ordered to pay $36 million to her estate.
During the hearing, for which Gordon was a no- show, Bobbi Kristina’s dad, Bobby Brown, spoke about his daughter’s earning poten- tial due to her talents, and the judge factored that into the settlement.
“She was an entertainer. If you were around her, all you would do was laugh. She told a lot of jokes. She was always the life of the party ... and anywhere she went,”Brown said Thursday on the stand. “I know she had the talent to be successful.”
NICK GORDON AND BOBBI KRISTINA BROWN
Now, we all know Gordon wasn’t a millionaire, and he didn’t seem to have a job dur- ing his relationship with Bobbi Kristina, so it’ll be interesting to see how the es- tate manages to get him to pay up. In a statement to Peo- ple, a relative said Gordon more than likely would file for bankruptcy.
