MS. TAMARA RENITA JACKSON
Ms. Tamara Renita Jack- son, 40, died peacefully on Thursday, May 11, 2017, at her mother’s home in Tampa. Tamara was born in Marysville, California and moved to Tampa when she was five years old. She at- tended Buckhorn, Greco and King High School. She earned her A. A. degree in Ac- counting from Everest Uni- versity.
Tamara had a passion for cooking. She was known for cooking lavish meals on Sun- days. Her sons were the loves of her life.
She is survived by: her 3 sons, Darcell Douglas, Jr., Malik Jackson, and Devin Harrison; parents, Shirley Campbell Jackson and James Jackson; grandmother, Fan- nie Jackson; 1 sister, Saj Weisensel (Justin); 6 uncles, Harry Campbell (Joyce), Morris Jackson (Tammy), Hiram (Lucinda), Clifford (Stephanie), Darron and Hansel (Wanda) McIntosh; 7 aunts, Myrtle McIntosh, Mar- garet McDonald (Archie), Learlean Cornish (Ajnar), Inez McIntosh, Lynn Edge- comb (Dwight), Carolee Lightbourne (Daron), and Annicia Jones (Keith); 1 step- aunt, Gloria Wright; cousins, Regina Lewis, Velvateen An- derson, Reginald Anderson, Aireyka Ramalho (Rodrigo), Jotrayl, Jayshur and Joslyn Campbell. Bahamian cousins in the following families: Bethel, McIntosh, McDonald, Cornish, Pratt, Lightbourne, Edgecombe and Jones. American cousins in the fol- lowing families: Davis, Jenk- ins, McBride, Sherry and Snow families.
She was preceded in death by: her aunt, Alfreda Anderson; uncle, Dwight Campbell; grandparents, Geneva Campbell Wright, Clifford McIntosh, William Jackson and step-grandfa- ther, Mancie Wright.
The funeral visitation, service will be held on Fri- day, May 19, 2017 at 3 p. m. at New Salem Missionary Bap- tist Church, Dr. Henry J. Lyons, pastor. The committal will be made after the eulogy. Harmon Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

MR. WILLIAM WOODS
Mr. William Woods of Land O’ Lakes, FL, passed away Monday, May 8, 2017. Funeral services will be con- ducted Friday, May 19 at 10 a. m. at St. John Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, 2504 East Chipco Avenue, with Reverend Dr. Bartholomew Banks, Sr., of- ficiating. Interment will fol- low in the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
Mr. Woods was a native of Key West, Florida and a resi- dent of the Tampa Bay area for 4 years. He was educated in the School District of Mon- roe County and was a gradu- ate of Key West High School, Class of 1969. Mr. Woods was a 2-Time Purple Heart recipient and Vietnam Vet- eran who served in the United States Army with a rank of Private First Class.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Maxwell Woods and Marjorie Pope; son, Mark Woods; brothers, Norman, Maxwell, and Leroy Woods, Robert and Archie Peek; and sister, Marian Bowens.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Paula Woods; daughter, Nisha Woods; grandsons, Marquis Woods and Jacob Woods; sisters, Evangelist Helen Samuels (Jimmy), Mission- ary Lorene Smith (Lt. Com- mander Paul-dec), Mrs. Denise Ezel (Charles), and Diane Gaines; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m., Thursday, May 18 at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Av- enue.
