TAMPA NATIVE GRADUATES FROM HAMPTON UNIVERSITY
On May 10th, family members and friends spent the Mother’s Day holiday in Hampton, Virginia. The group traveled to attend the Commencement Ceremony of Brenton M. Honeywell, who earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Broadcast Journalism. Brenton is the son of Retired Tampa Police Major Gerald Honeywell and United States District Judge Char- lene Edwards Honeywell. Among those in attendance at the graduation ceremony were on the front row from left to right: Bettye Green Johnson, grandmother of the graduate, Brenton Honeywell, his mother, Judge Edwards Honeywell, and Lucille Scruggs, grandmother. Shown on the second row are: Brenton’s father, Gerald Honeywell, aunt, Algenia Carley, uncle, Ralph Honeywell, sister, Briana Honeywell, and Don L. Johnson.
