5. Replacement of SM slide instrument with Mini Panel:
Level Crossing Gate No. 42E (MTV-BIDR) obsolete SM slide instrument replaced

with Mini Operating panel duly carrying out the following works to improve safety
and reliability on 29.10.2022 with this all Interlocked Mid-section LC Gates are with
Mini Panel over Division.
a. SM slide instrument replaced with Mini operating Panel (PTJ-Knob type).
b. Existing Mechanical Operated Lifting barrier (MOLB) replaced with Electrical
Operated Lifting barrier (EOLB) to improve reliability and speed of operation.
c. Provided Emergency operated Sliding Boom (ESLB) to improve safety and
reliability.
d. Provided RTU (Efftronics make) duly proving all the Analog & Digital and
networking done.
e. Provided Mini IPS (Amara Raja Make) to improve reliability.

6. Interlocking and commissioning of Loading Lines :
At Sultanabad (STBD) station, the Loading Lines 1 & 2 have beeninterlocked and
commissioned in view of Ghati Shakti Multi Model Cargo Terminals and given
direct reception &dispatch of trains from/to PDPL end duly providing HASSDAC in
L1 & L2 lines to improve mobility.

7. Provision of Tower car siding :
New Tower car siding has been commissioned atKarimnagar (KRMR) station
towards GDRA end duly providing in & out signaled movements by carrying out
necessary circuit alterations by RE organization.

8. Replacement of aged signalling gears at 6 stations to improve safety
and reliability.
a. Nagulapalli (NPL) - OD
b. Uppal (OPL) - ID & OD
c. Bisgursharif (BGSF)-OD & ID

d. Chittapur (CT) – ID & OD
e. Sulehalli (SUH)- ID & OD
f. Jammikunta (JMKT) – ID & OD

9. Interlocking of LC gates: (1No of LC gate)
Level crossing Gate No. 27E (PTKP-BGSF) at Km No. 317/5-7, C-Class interlocking
done and commissioned by open line to improve safety on 04.04.2022.
