(a) HOG Test-kit for Non-AC coaches:

After the induction of HOG trains; whenever the TL
coaches needs to be checked in HOG/EOG working, a
HOG compliant LOCO or power car was needed.

This involves lot of shunting and wastage of manpower

and loco. To avoid this, a portable kit has been
developed departmentally which will act as a
substitute for HOG Compliant LOCO/power car for

testing purposes under unwired sections/depots/sheds.
Moveable trolley will carry extend cable and 02 nos.
