We gathered everything needed and our journey to Emerald
Isle was beginning. We had family from all over meet us for
our big day, mostly from Idaho and Pennsylvania. Almost
everyone arrived 4 days before the wedding and fell in love
with everything Emerald Isle had to offer! The beach, the
food, the people, I mean it was amazing. I’ve never been to a
place where the people are so nice!!

I blinked and it was time for rehearsal. The next thing I
knew people were setting things up. We stayed at the beach
house my family rents every year. There’s a huge side yard
that we thought was a great spot for the reception. Island
Essentials set up a tent, tables, chairs and a dance floor
while Krystal took us down to the beach so we could get an
idea of exactly how everything was going to play out. We
did two run-throughs from start to finish and for the first
