I am excited to be joining you in the Mighty District of Michigan during your annual conference. Over the last few months, I have been working tirelessly to ensure the brotherhood is first and foremost in our region.
As I continue to learn, grow, and lead in this role, I am focused -- now more than ever -- on the ideal of developing a stronger bond of brotherhood. This ideal was a chief tenant of my campaign, and I look forward to updating you on the topic in the coming weeks.
In the spirit of a 21st Century Reconstruction, I look forward to sharing my thoughts on “How to Alpha”. This concept focuses on the pillars of:
• Academic and Professional Excellence,
• Brotherhood Engagement, and
• Community Impact
Important reconstructive elements include the improvement of chapter sustainability, collaboration among and with other chapters, as well as creating ways for brothers to get -- and stay involved.
