o Maintain common understanding of the vision and community plan for coalition partners and community
o Build public will & advance policy
Continuous Communications
o Conduct regular coalition meetings to strengthen and expand partnerships, coordination between programs, agencies and funding streams
o Provide central location/ communication system/ for all to come together to determine outcomes/models to involve parents, families, teachers
o Use central website to post ideas, happenings, professional development, etc...interactive and easy to use for communication
o Provide residents with a database of information, resources, organizations, that deal with all the areas of literacy including financial, health, and digital (or partner with another agency such as Resource Genesee to provide)
Mutually Reinforcing Activities
o Support aligned activities
o Support coordination of Network Action Team activities and priorities
