 Revise WIE curriculum to increase knowledge to prepare students beyond MCC and quantify
“Mott Strong” successes at
the end of the fiscal year.
Implement new strategy to involve faculty in promoting registration for the coming semester by distributing print materials related to enrollment and financial aid directly to faculty through internal mail, concurrent with sending an email encouraging them to post in their classrooms and remind students to enroll.
Utilize Facebook survey function to poll students on how they heard about enrollment and financial
aid events, track changes in registration behaviors of students.
Functions of all building systems will be operable to support campus academic and non-academic activities.
A script will be developed for in-class delivery that contains syllabus language for important dates regarding registration, midterms, and graduation.
Coordinate outreach to CTE students within one semester of graduation.
Retain at least 80% of WIE program enrollees/participants over the course of the program.
Increase student use of priority registration time period and Financial Aid workshops by 5% per semester.
Semester report of poll results used to inform future retention and persistence marketing decisions.
A preventive maintenance system will be implemented that provides metrics for future years.
50% of syllabi include suggested language.
Language for in-class delivery will be disseminated to all faculty during each academic semester.
Contact will be made with 50% of CTE students who meet this criterion.
