Ministry in Light of COVID19

This surely is a crazy

time we're in. Just a matter

of weeks ago, our staff

team was discussing what

ministry would look like if

the universities shut down.

I have to say, I didn't ever

believe it would happen!

But here we are, with not

just universities but

schools, businesses, and

the entire country on

official lockdown.

But while our environment might look different, the

heart and mission of our ministry is burning brighter than

ever! In the blink of an eye it seems, we have made the

transition online. Much of what we do day-to-day in terms of

Action Groups (Bible studies), TAC Groups (Training,

Accountability, and Care for our student leaders), Explore

studies (looking into Christianity with non-Christians), Follow-

Ups (with new believers), corporate prayer, one-on-one

discipleship, and staff meetings can be done online through

video calling. Let's just say I have become VERY familiar with

Zoom (far more than I'd have liked in fact!).

At the moment we are exploring new ways of reaching

out to students we're not already connected with through
