Retrieval system requirements

Equipment that can become tangled or unsuitable for retrieval must not be used

Other end of retrival line must be attached to mechanical device or fixed point
outside the space

Each entrant must wear a chest or full-body harness, attached to a retrieval line VERTICAL ENTRY

Non-entry rescue is required unless the retrieval equipment would increase the
risk of entry

Mechanical device must be available to retrieve personnel if the spac is more
than 5ft deep
