Attorney and member of the Ashdod City Council for 14
years, CEO of H.G. Books Ltd., has a degree in politics,
government, and criminology, has a law degree.
Has been working for the quality of government for 20
years. Works for women and their empowerment in local
municipalities.
Adv. Vered Swid
Graduated from social work studies at Tel Aviv University.
She was a member of the 11th and 12th Netanya City
council, between the years 1993-2003.
The first woman to hold the position of mayor of Netanya
(the second mayor in Israel).
Served as a consultant for social and welfare affairs in the
Prime Minister’s Office under three Prime Ministers
She headed the Authority for the Advancement of Women’s
Status in the Prime Minister’s Office, and as the Prime
Minister’s Advisor on Social and Welfare Affairs and
currently works in the Housing Ministry.
