The implementation of the ISU Supply Management Framework ad-
dressed the evolving needs of the university and other stakeholders in
terms of increasing procurement and supply operations and
improving procurement delivery systems.
By providing a principles-based approach to supply management, the
framework delivers solutions to enhance value for money and quality, as
well as reduce time to deliver procurement outcomes through effective
risk assessment and contract management.
