FY 2020
GAA BUDGET
In FY 2020, the University
had an appropriation of
Php1.002 billion specific
budget under R.A. No. 11465
GAA and an automatic
appropriation of Php65.988
million. There was a de-
crease of 5% over FY 2019
GAA specific budget of
Php1.055 billion. During the
year, the University received
total allotment of Php1.039
billion inclusive of special
purpose fund amounting to
Php47.71 million for pay-
ment of SSL 5 compensation
adjustment, faculty NBC 461
reclassification of positions
salary differential and termi-
nal leave benefits of retired
employees.

UTILIZATION RATE
The University incurred total
obligations for Maintenance
& Other Operating Expenses
(MOOE) and Capital Outlay
(CO) totalling Php207.939
million in FY 2020 with an
Obligations Budget Utiliza-
tion Rate (BUR) of 100.00%
and Disbursements BUR
of 86.22% using the PBB
formula.
