ARTICLE XXIV. ACADEMIC HABILIMENTS

Section 1. Candidates for graduation with degrees or titles or certificates as well as faculty
of the University and key officials shall be required to wear academic costumes
during the baccalaureate service and commencement exercises in accordance
with the rules and regulations of the University. Color of gowns, are to be
decided by the University Academic Council.
