Everyday Heroes, Extraordinary Strength
When asked about what the new
normal would look like, Ashley McKneely commented that she believes everyone will now see the importance of handwashing. Alexcia Jones added that the virus isn’t going to go away, and seeing people with masks and social distancing will be the new normal.
“I hope that the community sees how serious this is and follow precautions. We will get through this together,” said Faye Smoot.
Our dedicated staff persevered through the crisis with innovation and hope, determined to rise to the occasion. When asked, most staff never dreamed that something like this would ever happen. As we return to a new normal, you can expect the same dedicated care that our patients have come to consistently experience before and during the pandemic. Although things may look a little different with
staff wearing masks for your safety and screeners greeting you at our doors, we continue to provide the same high quality care.
The visitation restrictions are starting
to lessen and the surgery schedules are starting to fill back up. The same caregivers who endured the extraordinary set of circumstances earlier this year are the same caregivers who are ready to take care of your health needs now. We think their performance through this crisis shows their gold standard of care. Choose Upson for all of your healthcare needs!
