MESSAGE FROM THE QMR





                                                        Grounded on our core values of integrity, innovation, excellence, enthusiasm,
                                                        accountability, and We Care, we at Magsaysay continuously challenge
                                                        ourselves to provide our clients, people, partners, and other members of our
                                                        growing community with quality services.
                                                        One of the things that we give focus on is our Quality Management System
                                                        (QMS). Through QMS, we define standards, processes, and criteria that help
                                                        us provide excellent customer experience and achieve our desired results.


                                                        There are a couple of benefits that we get from QMS but let me summarize it
                                                        with JULIE.
                                                        J- Journalize processes which helps define areas for improvement;
                                                        U- Understand the need of customers;
                                                        L- Lessen human error, thus, increasing productivity and efficiency
                                                        I- Increase customer satisfaction; and
                                                        E- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations


                                                        QMS plays a vital role in making our customers happy and attracting more
                                                        customers. Hence, we at Magsaysay unceasingly look for ways to improve
                                                        our systems and processes. We have been updating our policies and utilizing
                                                        the power of technology to ensure that we provide quality customer
                                                        experience.
