QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

     Magsaysay’s Crew Manning Operations successfully passed the DNV certification of its Quality
     Management System (QMS) under ISO 9001:2015 last October 2020.




     DNV cited the following:




                  With the onset of pandemic, handling of crew disembarkation was a challenge especially to the Cruise

                       Group. Nonetheless, with the organization's team efforts, crew management experience and expertise,

                       thousands of Filipino crew were successfully repatriated and brought back safely to their respective

                       homes. These efforts drew recognition from various stakeholders such as government agencies and
                       principals/clientelehandling of customer and/or stakeholder complaints, including effectiveness of

                       implemented identified corrective actions

                  The organization's COVID Manual, where all the processes were carefully reviewed and aligned with
                       "new normal" and setting the "Physical to Digital" engagement processes, is a positive indication. The

                       said Manual provides readiness and guidance to all the employees

                  Efforts in promoting the health and safety protocols during this COVID-19 pandemic are evident. A

                       series of "Zoominars" were conducted to promote wellness management including new normal
                       protocols in embarkation/disembarkation, new requirements, etc.




     POEA also passed and certifies MMC’s recruitment and placement services which comply with

     requirements of MLC 2006 valid until 2024.
