VISA APPLICATION

 Fleet will be assisted by the Compliance Department on application for

transit / joining visa.

 Fleet must make sure to check the joining port; update the line-up of crew

and ask them to submit the application form and complete requirements on
time.

 Fleet may ask crew to access their crew self-service for the visa application

guide.

 Once the visa application and requirements are complete, the fleet will then

submit this to Compliance.

 Compliance will double check all the documents submitted prior applying the
crew visa.

 The Compliance Department will also conduct crew visa briefing

prior appointment schedule.

 Khub and Ms Teams is updated with the visa requirements for fleet

reference.
