POEA EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
− Once you crew is fit with the medical, the fleet can now
prepare the POEA / CBA / SEC employment contract.
− Prior to signing the contract, the fleet make sure to
inform the crew to review all the POEA terms and
conditions of employment in their Crew Self Service
portal -“Conditions of Employment” briefing video for all
the relevant points that they need to know.
− The crew must provide the fleet with the signed POEA
ANNEX A as proof that have reviewed the section in
their employment contract.
− All the signed POEA contract is being forwarded to
Compliance for in-house processing.
− Compliance must ensure to inspect the signed contract
together with the requirements needed prior processing
the contract in POEA E-services.
