              SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE











            INGREDIENTS                             METHOD

            1 large onion                           1.  Heat up the chopped onion, garlic and

            2 cans tinned tomatoes                      and leave for another 15-20 mins.

            2 tbsp tomato puree                     5.  Serve with vegan parmesan/ cheddar
            2 tbsp Marmite (secret                      and pasta!
