The Trophy
TUNKU CHANCELLOR CHALLENGE TROPHY,
an iconic trophy often associated with inter-
university golf tournaments, particularly
between the University of Malaya (UM) and the Top:
National University of Singapore (NUS). A large metal golf
ball as the main
symbol of the
Donor of the trophy: sport of golf.

Details of the trophy:
• In the form of a tripod of three golf clubs
which support a golf ball.
• The inscription of the name is in the
shield at the base.
• Selangor Pewter was responsible for the
design.
It was during the 1969 Game on 9 November
1969 at the SICC Bukit Course that the Trophy
was awarded for the first time.

winners being full, a new trophy has
been introduced.
