More recently, in the early second quarter of 2020, SPi Global has further bolstered its capacity and

talent pool to deepen its foothold in the technology and data solutions space with the addition of a
Chief Data Solutions Officer in its roster of senior leaders. We strongly believe that through our
proprietary technologies, we can provide solutions to the management and use of the huge volumes
of structured and unstructured data being churned incessantly by different companies in various
industries. Our Chief Data Solutions Officer will be able to help these companies understand how they

can harness the data they generate and or gather for decision making or commercial purposes.

• Financial Contribution
With technology and value creation initiatives, the company has produced results that have
impacted the bottom line. SPi Global continues to be a leader in this very competitive market while

meeting its clients’ expectation of getting value from operational efficiencies and automation proj
ects we roll out. Revenue growth has been steady at double digit with 2018 and 2019 growth in
revenue at almost 15% not with standing industry challenges.

Some five to seven years ago for example, SPi Global’s competitors were mainly in the publishing
space (the likes of Aptara, Innodata, MPS, Cengage) and the company’s revenue was only around a
third of industry leaders then. Now, the situation has dramatically reversed where its traditional

competitors’ revenue comprise a third, at most, of SPi Global’s. In addition, the company has devel-
oped and strengthened another industry category aggregately called business services where its
data services capabilities are focused on.Revenue is growing fastest in this area and already at
around 30% of total revenue.
