MAN on the screen:
AN MCC PRODUCTION
This show was built around the idea of conducting a poll that can gauge our
employees’ awareness about the company’s culture and transformation as a content
technology company. Instead of sending out the usual survey questions, we decided to
do it differently, following the “Man on the Street” format.
For our first episode, respondents from around the SPi Global sites dared to be put
on the spot by our host, the Spicy Jeff Lim, in a fun interview via live webcam. Through
this program, we hope to communicate and create more consciousness about our
organization’s culture and way of life.
As you watch this first run, be on the look-out for the Man on the Screen, for our
succeeding episodes.
