SYSPE/ Index Juarez would like to welcome you to the II Sample of the Wages
and Benefits Survey Inquiry November 2021.
One of the greatest challenges faced by the Human Resources departments
during the Pandemic was the rapid revolutionary digital transformation that
companies had to undertake. Digital projects fast tracked due to the massive
confinement measures, which led to new practices. As of October 2021, only
1,023 employees in our maquila sector continue working from home under
confinement conditions, receiving 100% of their wages and 100% of their
benefits; this innovation will provide flexibility to the working days of the
digital project performance positions without losing the focus in human quality.
The Human Resources leader will consider actions to provide value to the
working day restructuring by offering conditions in recruiting talent and
changes in compensations and benefits.
For the rest of 2021, our challenge will be the wage budget for 2022 that has to
be established, since inflation in general as of September was 6.28% and
according to our President’s statement, the wage increase will be above
inflation.
For the Index/Juarez president, Lic. Fabiola Luna Avila and director, Lic. Martin
Flores Duran, the export boost for our members is essential to position
ourselves as leaders in the manufacturing industry at a national level.
