Executive Summary:

The information from the survey results from the II Sample for the January to
November 2021 period was provided by 81 plants representing a total of 105,979
employees from the various categories, industrial parks, lines of business, and plant
sizes, which collectively provided this information. The information that was
provided is held confidential and only used to process the results. Entirely
Confidential.

An important point to mention is that the 2021 to 2024 Minimum Wage trend in the
interior of the country as in the Border Free Zone submitted by Conasami and the
Department of Labor and Social Welfare as a proposal to take effect in 2022, which
amount has not yet been authorized, since an inflation percentage is not used here,
and which increased in September to 6.8 according to the Banco de Mexico.

At the same time the results for the daily wages for Direct Employees from 0-365 days
had a 63% growth from 2018 to 2021 higher, which is considered for incoming
personnel.

At the same time, we use the wage increases provided to all Categories in the various
application concepts for each one.
