Categories
Our sample is based in the four categories that identify our Collaborators
in their level of responsibility, skills, abilities, knowledge, and leadership,
which in our daily lives within the maquila sector are performed to meet
the objectives in their set goals.
As follows:
Staff: As its name suggests, Head of departments under their
responsibility: General Management: Operations, Quality Assurance,
Materials, Human Resources, Finance, Systems, and Sales. In addition to
the area or region Directors.
As to the Administrative Categories, there is middle management,
Superintendents, Engineers, Supervisors, administrative positions such as
Department assistants, assistants, and data entry operators, as well as
positions that support the administration to run the business.
Indirect collaborators are those who provide technical and administrative
support to meet the goals to produce quality finished products, specified
components, storage, and compliance with on time deliveries, as well as
training, technical level line relocation and machine repair, covering their
responsibility in each of the support departments.
Direct Collaborators are those who produce or transform raw material
under Quality Assurance guidelines to comply with the customers’
standards and specifications.
The combined tasks in each category make a successful company and
cutting-edge on time delivery of the finished product so the product can
be delivered just on time to its destination.
Each company has its own specific protocol for each category; however,
at Syspe we saw the need to standardize the categories as most of the
users have them so that the comparatives allow us to assign to each
position.
