THP Stakeholders in 2024
Thailand is a state party and is bound by practical obligations under the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E. 2560 (2017), which incorporates these principles into the constitution. It is stated in Chapter 1 General Provisions, Section 4, that the human dignity, rights, freedoms, and equality of individuals shall be protected, along with related provisions under the National Human Rights Plan No.5 (B.E. 2566 - 2570). These align with national strategic plans and related plans, as well as with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that THP has adopted as guidelines for its sustainability efforts under the ESG+E principles.
Human rights development of the organization is within the scope of responsibility in the social dimension. In the Sustainable Development Policy, in the social dimension, THP will treat employees and workers according to the law as a minimum and develop them with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changing business operations. It will offer quality products and services at fair prices to customers, respect the human rights of stakeholders, and provide social services by using business expertise to develop communities and society sustainably.
