To drive human rights operations according to legal principles and human rights principles in line with THP’s sustainability development approach, THP has established human rights practices that align with the scope of each human rights aspect, which include :

1. Treat each other with respect, honor each other, and promote the right to life and freedom. Accept diversity and live together equally.
2. Treat stakeholders equally and fairly without discrimination based on race, nationality, ethnicity, skin color, language, religion, age,
disability, congenital disease, political views, and marital status.
3. Oppose human trafficking, child labor, harassment, and any form of violence that causes physical and psychological shame, which
is a violation of human dignity.
4. Provide opportunities for freedom of expression, assembly, and
voluntary participation in activities, in accordance with relevant laws.

1. Ensure the right to fair wages and working conditions, the right and freedom to determine economic lifestyles, including providing personnel welfare in accordance with the minimum legal requirements.
2. Promote occupational safety and health to ensure a safe working environment by establishing preventive measures, systems, and surveillance, while adhering to laws, regulations, and international safety and occupational health standards.
3. Promote the right to practice cultural activities, traditional and religious beliefs of each locality.
