Human Rights Policy
THP defines the policy scope to cover its business operations and relevant stakeholders throughout the value chain, including customers, internal units and personnel, partners, society and communities, as well as suppliers of goods/ services, vulnerable groups and disadvantaged groups that may be at risk of human rights impacts arising from THP’s business operations.
THP acknowledges the importance of conducting business based on human rights principles and is committed to protecting, respecting, and remedying human rights impacts affecting stakeholders throughout the value chain.

➊ Treat everyone equally based on human rights principles, without discrimination, and avoid actions that violate human rights.

Foster responsibility, promote cooperation, and raise awareness of human rights with all stakeholder groups.
➌ Establish a comprehensive human rights due diligence process to identify risks in business operations, assess impacts, define control measures, and monitor reporting and performance.
➍ Provide a grievance mechanism in various forms through designated channels and manage complaints and remedy impacts within the defined timeframe.
➎ Disseminate human rights policies and practices, and disclose human rights performance to the public through designated channels.
