1. Respect gender equality rights to ensure that all individuals, regardless of gender, including those with diverse gender identities, are provided with equal rights, duties, and opportunities, free from both direct and indirect discrimination.
2. Respect personal rights by avoiding any actions that compel individuals to disclose or conceal their personal identity, sexual orientation, gender identity and ensuring that such information remains confidential and is not disclosed without the consent of the individual concerned.
3. Promote equal rights to healthcare and the right to dress and provide facilities that are appropriate to gender identity.
4. Promote and disseminate knowledge on preventing gender discrimination and provide opportunities for accessing rights in various areas, including social, economic, and political rights.
