Promoting Awareness of Human Rights
THP promotes awareness of gender diverse group diversity through activities held both internally and externally during the month of celebrating demand for the rights and equality of the LGBTQ+ community (Pride Month) throughout June 2024. These activities aim to raise awareness among internal staff and external stakeholders about the importance of respecting human rights, gender equality, and creating an inclusive environment where people can coexist harmoniously while avoiding violations of others’ rights and freedoms.
Model Organization Award
THP received the “Outstanding Human Rights Model Organization Award 2024” in the State Enterprise category from the Department of Rights and Liberties Protection, Ministry of Justice. THP was awarded the Outstanding level in 2020 - 2022 and the Good level in 2023, demonstrating success in conducting business while being mindful of the human rights impact on stakeholders and vulnerable groups. The organization has adhered to principles of protection, respect, and remedy, involving the participation of the Board, Subcommittees, executives, and all personnel. In 2024, THP set policies and guidelines for human rights, published a public announcement for awareness, and applied them across the organization. THP is committed to enhancing sustainability in all areas according to the principles of (Environment, Social, Governance) + (Economy) while promoting collaboration and minimizing human rights impacts, by leveraging its experience and expertise to build a shared value chain, which is an essential driver for creating sustainability to the organization.
