 Thailand Post places importance on risk management, under a continuously changing business environment due to internal and external factors, by adopting the practices in accordance with the international standard COSO - ERM 2017 and the criteria of regulators as guidelines for risk management operations covering all levels throughout the organization. Hence, Thailand Post has established an integrated policy for the management of governance, risk and compliance (GRC),
including risk management policies to which all personnel must adhere, monitoring and reporting of the key risk management results regarding the strategic risk, operational risk, financial risk and compliance risk, as well as emerging risk in order to be able to respond to all risks and threats in a timely manner and at an acceptable level and to ensure that THP will be able to reasonably achieve established objectives in accordance with prescribed strategy.
