28.2.7 CAT Telecom Public Company Limited, in the case that Central Administrative Court has issued an order in calling the Company to become a litigant and give testimony in the case that CAT Telecom Public Company Limited filed a lawsuit against True Move Company Limited for payment of antenna site rents. The amount totaling 12.48 million baht was sued. Currently, the Company is in the process of examining information for proposing to the Company’s authorized executives to consider ending the matter.
28.2.8 Miss Kanokporn Wanitchayanon and her group, a total of 5 people, in the tort case of the mail transport truck bearing THP’s logo hit a car in which the plaintiff’s wife who was the passenger died. The amount of 12.36 million baht was sued. In this case, the Company won in the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeals. The Company is in the process of proposing to the Company’s authorized executives to consider ending the matter
28.2.9 Mr. Chaiwat Khamtan, in the case of unfair dismissal of the plaintiff, causing damages to the plaintiff. The amount totaling 10.20 million baht was sued. The Company won this case in the Court of First Instance and the case is in the appeal process.
28.2.10 P.W. Thai Construction Company Limited, in the case of a violation/ breach of employment contract. The amount totaling 7.90 million baht was sued. The Supreme Court issued a verdict revising the Court of Appeals verdict to direct the Company to pay. The Company is currently in the process of repaying debts to the plaintiff.
28.2.11 Mr. Ekachai Pirom, a former employee of THP under Mae Tang Post Office, filed a petition for the Company to pay damages for unfair dismissal due to corruption by repeating disbursement of expenses for office supplies after the items had already been disbursed. The amount totaling 7.25 million baht was sued. The case is in the process of litigation in the Court of First Instance.
28.2.12 Leader Built Company Limited, in the case of a breach of contract for improvement of Suan Phlu Post Office. The amount totaling 6.60 million baht was sued. The case is currently in litigation process at the Court of First Instance.
28.2.13 Mr. Kittiphong Siangdang, in the case of unfair termination of employment. The amount totaling 5.29 million baht was sued. In this case, the Company won in the Court of First Instance. The Company is in the process of proposing to the Company’s authorized executives to consider ending the matter
28.2.14 Leader Built Company Limited, in the case of a breach of contract for improvement of Central City Bangna Post Office. The amount totaling 4.26 million baht was sued. The case is currently in litigation process at the Court of First Instance.
Cases in which the subsidiary company is the defendant
28.3.1 The subsidiary was sued for damages from breach of an employment contract, to pay compensation for damage and return of bonds, with a value of 0.51 million baht in the lawsuit. On 8 March 2022, the Civil Court issued a verdict directing the plaintiff to pay 0.71 million baht with interest at 5% per annum from 11 April 2022 until payments to the subsidiary are complete. On 7 July 2022, the subsidiary filed an appeal against the verdict of the Court of First Instance. Later, on 20 July 2023, the Court of Appeals made an amendment for the plaintiff to pay 1.41 million baht. The case is currently pending the Supreme Court's determination of a hearing date.
