28.3.2 The subsidiary was sued for damages from breach of a lease with a value of 43.94 million baht in the lawsuit. On 22 December 2022, the Civil Court issued a verdict directing the plaintiff to pay 11.95 million baht with interest at 7.50% of the aforementioned principal sum per annum from 7 September 2020 to 10 April 2021 and at 5% per annum from 11 April 2021 until payments to the subsidiary are complete. The case is currently pending the Court of Appeals' decision to set a hearing date.
28.3.3 The subsidiary was sued for damages from breach of a commissioning contract, to return funds, repay debts, and return bonds, with a value of 3.42 million baht in the lawsuit. The subsidiary has counterclaimed and, on 20 December 2023, the Court of First Instance issued a verdict for the Plaintiff to pay 7.01 million baht with interest at 5% per annum from 3 August 2021 until payments are complete. The case is currently pending the Court of Appeals' decision to set a hearing date.
28.3.4 The subsidiary was sued for damages from breach of a commissioning contract and return of funds with a value of 6.05 million Baht in the lawsuit. The subsidiary has counterclaimed and, on 21 February 2024, the Court of First Instance issued a verdict for the Plaintiff to pay 7.66 million Baht with interest at 15% per annum in compliance with the contract of the aforementioned principal sum from 8 November 2020 until payments are complete.
On 24 May 2024, the Co-Plaintiff repaid debts in the verdict calculated as at 23 May 2024 in the amount of 5.70 million baht.
28.3.5 On 17 January 2024, the subsidiary was sued for damages from breach of lease and to return the assets, with of a total value of 3.19 million baht in the lawsuit. On 7 August 2024, the subsidiary repaid debts to the Plaintiff in the amount of 1.98 million baht. The case is currently under negotiation with Thailand Post Co., Ltd. for a reserve amount of 0.44 million baht.
28.3.6 The subsidiary was sued for damages due to breach of labor management contract with a total lawsuit value of 1.40 million baht. On 30 April 2020, the Central Administrative Court issued a verdict directing the subsidiary to pay 0.96 million baht with interest at 7.50% per annum. The subsidiary appealed on 4 December 2020.
As at 31 December 2023, the subsidiary recorded the estimated liabilities from litigation in the amount of 1.20 million baht shown in estimated liabilities from litigation. On 4 March 2024, the subsidiary paid the principal sum with interest, a total of 2.04 million baht.
28.3.7 On 6 May 2023, the subsidiary was sued for damages due to breach of contract to return the performance guarantee with a total value of 2.18 million baht in the lawsuit. On 27 March 2024, the Court ordered a dismissal of charges against the Plaintiff.
28.4 Potential Liabilities of a Subsidiary from Tax Assessment by the Revenue Department
On 30 September 2023, the subsidiary received a notice of value added tax assessment for the years 2016 - 2022 totaling 251.20 million baht, with the following information :

On 11 February 2021, the subsidiary received a notice of value added tax assessment for 2016 and 2017 with a total value added tax and fine value of 63.28 million baht from officials of Bangkok Revenue Office Area. On 8 March 2021, the subsidiary filed an appeal in objection to tax
