     28.1.4 Mr. Weerachai Kraisithao in the case of breach of employment agreement and embezzlement at Sawang Daen Din Post Office. The amount sued was 29.40 million baht. The Company won this case in the Court of First Instance, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court. The case is currently undergoing legal execution.
28.1.5 SCG Express Co., Ltd. owes the service fees of E-parcel delivery and Last Mile Delivery in the amount of 28.78 million baht. The Company is in the process of preparing the case.
28.1.6 Syn Munkong Insurance PCL owes the service fees for posting postal items on credit at Khlong Chan Post Office in the amount of 21.52 million baht. Syn Munkong Insurance PCL filed to rehabilitate the business. However, the Central Bankruptcy Court canceled the aforementioned rehabilitation order on 15 December 2023, and the case is in the process of litigation in the Court of First Instance.
28.1.7 Pracharat Wissawakit Company Limited in the case of breach of commissioning contract for the improvement of Phra Khanong Post Office building and other special works. The amount sued was 16.52 million baht. In this case, the Company won in the Court of First Instance and is in the process of amortizing debts because the legal enforcement period has expired.
28.1.8 China Thai Marketing Company Limited in the case of contract breach for use of international bulk mail service, causing Royal Mail Group Ltd. (destination country) to charge additional service fees according to the regulations of the Universal Postal Convention. The amount sued was 13.30 million baht. The Company won this case in the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeals. The case is currently undergoing legal execution
28.1.9 Mr. Kurukit Thasenhod and an accomplice, a total of 2 people, in the case of corruption of Pay at Post money, Bank@Post money, office expenses, cash, and other office funds. A total of 10.68 million baht was sued. The case is currently under preparation process.
28.1.10 Diamond Hill Company Limited in the case of a breach of contract for mail posting by paying service fee on credit. A total of 7.84 million baht was sued. The Company won this case in the Court of First Instance. The case is currently undergoing legal execution
28.1.11 Jay Shop Express Company Limited, in the case of outstanding payment of service fees for delivery of e-Commerce products and e-Parcel services from March to July 2021. A total of 7.69 million baht was sued. The Company won this case in the Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeals. The case is currently undergoing legal execution
28.1.12 Absolute Solution Company Limited, in the case of a breach of contract for development and installation of mail posting preparation system (Shipping Tool), with a claim of fine and compensation for damages. The amount totaling 6.78 million baht was sued. The case is currently in litigation process at the Court of First Instance.
28.1.13 Oho Corporation Company Limited, in the case of outstanding payment of e-Commerce service fees from May 2017 - June 2018. A total of 5.89 million baht was sued. The Company won this case in the Court of First Instance. The case is currently undergoing legal execution
