To prioritize sustainability factors by comparing them with the needs of stakeholders within and outside the organization

To study the external and internal environment to determine sustainability
issues that impact THP

• Organizational context and stakeholders’ needs
To review consistency between sustainability factors with sustainability reporting framework and sustainability guideline
• ESGworksin different dimensions, either environmental, social or corporate governance, as well as other related aspects
To submit the sustainability factors to THP and GRS Subcommittee for approval
• Determinethe policy, manual and guideline for sustainable development of the organization
To relay the sustainability factors of THP to related units to include in their master plans
• Relaytheaction plans and follow up the implementation
