ทีเกียวข้องกับยานยนต่์ไฟฟ้า ห้รือ EV เพิิมมากขึน โด้ยจะเห้็น ได้้จากในปี 2567 การอนุญาต่ให้้ค์นต่่างด้้าวประกอบธุุรกิจ ภายใต่้ พิ.ร.บ. การประกอบธุุรกิจของค์นต่่างด้้าว พิ.ศ 2542 ในธุุรกิจทีเกียวข้องกับ BCG และธุุรกิจทีเกียวข้องกับยานยนต่์ ไฟฟ้า ห้รือ EV มีจําานวน 27 ราย ค์ิด้เป็นร้อยละ 3 จากจําานวน ธุุรกิจทีค์นต่่างด้้าวเข้ามาลงทุนปี 2567 ทังห้มด้ 954 ราย โด้ยเพิิมขึนร้อยละ 8 จากปี 2566
โด้ยมีการลงทุนในธุุรกิจด้ังกล่าว อาทิ ธุุรกิจบริการ รับจ้างผลิต่ไฟฟ้าจากพิลังงานแสืงอาทิต่ย์ ธุุรกิจบริการสืถานี อัด้ประจุไฟฟ้า และการค์้าสื่งแบต่เต่อรีรถยนต่์ไฟฟ้า เป็นต่้น ทังนี ค์าด้ว่าจําานวนการยืนขออนุญาต่การประกอบธุุรกิจ ของค์นต่่างด้้าวในปี 2568 ในธุุรกิจด้ังกล่าวมีแนวโน้มจะ เพิิมขึนอย่างต่่อเนือง ซึงค์ณะกรรมการการประกอบธุุรกิจ ของค์นต่่างด้้าว จะได้้มีการทบทวนแนวทางห้รือเกณฑ์์ใน กระบวนการพิิจารณาอนุญาต่ให้้มีค์วามสือด้ค์ล้องกับทิศทาง การเปลียนแปลงของธุุรกิจ เพิือให้้เกิด้ค์วามสืมดุ้ลระห้ว่าง การสื่งเสืริมการลงทุนจากต่่างชีาต่ิและเกิด้การค์ุ้มค์รอง ผ้้ประกอบการไทย ก่อให้้เกิด้ประโยชีน์สื้งสืุด้ต่่อประเทศ
seen in 2024, permission for foreigners to conduct business under the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 in businesses related to BCG and businesses related to electric vehicles or EVs, the total of 27 cases, accounting for 3 percent from the total number of businesses (954 cases) in which foreigners invest in 2024, increased 8 percent from 2023.
By investing in the said businesses, such as a service business that produces electricity from solar energy, electric charging station service business, wholesale of electric vehicle batteries, etc. It is expected that the number of applying to operate the said businesses in 2025 is likely to continue to increase. Therefore, the Foreign Business Commission will review the guidelines or criteria for consideration consistent with the changes in business, and achieve a balance between promoting foreign investment and ensuring protection Thai entrepreneurs bring the greatest benefit to the country.
