Guidelines for considering permission
(1)ธุุรกิจทีขออนุญาต่ไม่ใชี่ธุุรกิจห้ลักของบริษัท โด้ยมีสืัด้สื่วนพิืนทีในการ ด้าํา เนนิ ธุรุ กจิ และรายได้จ้ ากการด้าํา เนนิ ธุรุ กจิ ขายอาห้ารและเค์รอื งด้มื นอ้ ย กว่าพิืนทีทังห้มด้ทีบริษัทใชี้ในประกอบธุุรกิจและรายได้้ของธุุรกิจห้ลัก
(2)เป็นการจําาห้น่ายอาห้ารและเค์รืองด้ืม โด้ยมีวัต่ถุประสืงค์์เพิือสืนับสืนุน ห้รือชี่วยเห้ลือสืําาห้รับการประกอบธุุรกิจห้ลักของบริษัท
(3) ต่้องมีการระบุสืถานทีต่ังทีจะจําาห้น่ายอาห้ารและเค์รืองด้ืมในธุุรกิจที ขออนุญาต่ ซึงต่้องเป็นสืถานทีต่ังเด้ียวกับทีใชี้ในการประกอบธุุรกิจห้ลัก ของบริษัท
(1) The business requesting permission is not the main business of the company. The proportion of business area and income from food and beverage sales business is less than the total area used by the company for business operations and income from the main business.
(2) It is the sale of food and beverages. The objective is to support or assist in the main business operations of the company.
(3) The location where food and beverages will be sold in the business applying for permission must be specified. This must be the same location used to conduct the main business of the company.

(3) ต่้องมีการระบุสืถานทีต่ังทีจะจําาห้น่ายอาห้ารและเค์รืองด้ืมในธุุรกิจที ขออนุญาต่
(1) The business requesting permission is not the main business of the company. The proportion of business area and income from food and beverage sales business is less than the total area used by the company for business operations and income from the main business.
(2) It is the sale of food and beverages. The objective is to provide convenience and welfare to the company’s employees or affiliated companies or companies in the group.
(3) The location where food and beverages will be sold in the business applying for permission must be specified.

หมยเหตุ :
1. สืถานทีต่ัง ห้มายถึง 1) เลขทีต่ังห้รือทีอย้่ และ 2) สืถานประกอบ การภายใต่้เค์รืองห้มายการค์้าของธุุรกิจห้ลัก
2. รายละเอียด้ธุุรกิจต่้องแสืด้งข้อม้ลเกียวกับชีนิด้ของอาห้ารและ สื่วนผสืม (ingredient) ทีใชี้ในการประกอบและปรุงอาห้ารและ เค์รืองด้ืมด้้วย

1. Location means 1) the location number or address and 2) the establishment under the trademark of the main business.
2. The business description must include information about the types of food and ingredients used to prepare food and drinks.
